New climbing venue for winter meets
Thanks to Dee and the Prince's Trust, I am delighted to inform you that we have secured the use of the indoor wall at Pembrokeshire Activity Centre, Cleddau Reach.Pembroke Dock
This is a great facility which will allow us as a club to develop and give us some great training opportunities over the winter months. As well as a couple of walls, there is bouldering on 3 walls plus we've got some little overhangs! There will also be opportunities to use the wall on an ad hoc basis, more will be explained about this at the briefing meeting.
New price- £2 per climbing session.
New meeting day- For the time being, club night will have to change to a Thursday, between 8 and 10pm. This is because the new wall is not available on a Wednesday until November.
Please note There are no toilet facilities at the new wall. If you are desperate for the loo, the nearest ones are at Tesco on London Road. Also there are no refreshment facilities so bring your own water/food.
